Michael S. Cho, Esq. is a licensed United States attorney and represents clients on a world-wide basis in the field of U.S. Immigration, Nationality, and ConsularLaw. He frequently deals with the USCIS, the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, as well as American embassies and consulates throughout Asia, Europe, and Latin America to assist clients on a variety of visa-related matters. 

Mr. Cho holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School, one of the top law schools in the nation, where he studied law directly under Professor Barack Obama, formerly President of the United States of America.  Mr. Cho also completed concurrent coursework at the University of Chicago's Department of Computer Science and Graduate School of Business. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from Claremont McKenna College, graduating with Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa academic honors.

He brings over 12 years of legal experiences to better understand and serve his clients.  He served as a law clerk with the Criminal Division of the San Francisco District Attorney's Office and helped prosecute felony and misdemeanor offenders. He also served clerkships with the United States Department of Justice and the Criminal Division of the Los Angeles Superior Court. 

In the private sector, Mr. Cho has held senior-level positions in product management and corporate development with emerging technology companies.

Mr. Cho is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and The United States District Court for the Central District of California. He is also a member of leading legal and professional organizations that include the State Bar of California, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
