How much does it cost?

Our total legal fees are $950. This includes attorney consultations, preparation and filing of all USCIS petitions, and a final prep before your "green card" interview with an immigration officer.

This offers our clients an estimated savings of $1150 as compared to what other immigration attorneys may charge. More importantly, our dedicated focus to the practice of immigration law has allowed us to maintain a 100% success rate on all lawful permanent residency ("green card") petitions prepared and filed by our firm.

Government filing fee is $1365 for a green card petition made in conjunction with an application for temporary employment authorization and travel permit.  This amount should be paid by check, made out to the "U.S. Department of Homeland Security/USCIS," and sent to our office later on in the process so that we may file your case.
