How much does it cost?

Our total legal fees are $950. This is the only amount due to our office to represent you and your spouse from the moment you hire our law firm until he/she enters the United States.  Our trusted services include expert preparation and expedited submission of the USCIS petition, unlimited attorney consultations, constant updates on the status of your case, timely notification of changes in immigration laws and procedures, as well as reliable support throughout the entire embassy interview process.

This offers our clients an estimated savings of over $1000 as compared to what comparable immigration attorneys may charge. 

Other immigration attorneys routinely engage in the practice of charging double fees: one to file the USCIS petition and another to support your spouse during the consular interview phase.  We firmly believe in providing our clients trusted and experienced legal representation from start to finish at a single affordable fee.  We will represent you and your spouse from the moment you hire us until your spouse safely arrives into the United States.  More importantly, our dedicated focus to the practice of immigration, nationality, and consular law has allowed us to maintain a 100% success rate on all K-3 Spousal Visa petitions prepared and filed by our firm.

Government filing fees are $355 for the Immediate Relative Petition (a prerequisite to filing to for the K-3 Spousal Visa Petition).  There is no filing fee for the K-3 Spousal Visa Petition. There is also the cost of visa issuance and a medical exam that your foreign spouse will incur (typically $200 dollars).
